Since 2014 Darcy Farms has been raising Pasture and Forest Raised Pork for The Clemmons Farmers Market, Mocksville Farmers Market, local restaurants, and his family. All products of heritage breeds, are born here, and transported to a USDA inspected facility where they are vacuum sealed and frozen.
